Services range from landscape maintenance and enhancements to tree care and landscape development of customers’ properties. TKC quality starts and ends with our employees. We are looking for team leaders that can help us keep our standards high and keep our customers VERY Happy.
We’re currently seeking a Stone Mason Foreman. Must have experienced with building retaining walls, installation of pavers, patio, etc The crew leader will develop, train, and safely manage a team, while performing consistent high-quality work. Communicate clearly with clients to make sure their needs are being met on a weekly basis. A clean drivers license is required and the ability to drive trucks with trailers is a major plus.
What TKC expects:
Maintain a schedule and maintain work times at each location.
Deal with customers problems and report them back to office.
Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Communicate regularly with tkc office to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeds customers standards
Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work
work to met time schedules set out by tkc office
Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members
Provide Production Manager feedback on crew member(s)
Working with Production Manager, help to develop and train crew members
Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order
be part of weekly production meeting with other crew leaders and office staff and company owner.
Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs
Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test.
Must have lawn mowing and landscaping experience residential and commercial
Must be able to operate all machinery and vehicles
