We are looking for an experienced Delivery and Install Crew Manager with a background in construction to lead our team in the efficient delivery and installation of commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. This role involves managing a crew of delivery drivers and installers, ensuring all deliveries and installations are completed on time, and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, Creative thinking, and experience in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead a team of deliver and install workers
-Plan and schedule daily deliveries and installations based on project timelines.
-Ensure all construction materials and equipment are delivered on-site accurately and on time.
-Coordinate the installation of commercial kitchens, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
-Maintain safety standards, ensuring the team follows proper procedures and protocols.
-Communicate with project managers and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
-Monitor inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition for installations.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to delivery, installation, or customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in construction and delivery/installation management.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
