Job Type: Full-time
The Driver- Helper completes various physical labor tasks in support of workers on a project/Jobsite and as directed by the Renovation Manager. Tasks must be completed within scheduled timeframes and to the quality standards set forth by company/client expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with Moving and installing wet space installations including shower pans, tubs, doors, and shower walls.
Load Supplies from local warehouse to deliver to each job site.
Maintains regular contact with the Renovation Manager to ensure project tasks are being completed timely and in accordance with client/company standards.
Ability to travel locally, as needed, between multiple job sites.
Ensures quality control meets company and client expectations.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in the Multi-Family Construction industry or Renovation Construction is (preferred)
Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking, requires mobility and flexibility to work in confined spaces, ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects
Able to lift up to 70+ pounds and assist others with objects weighing more
Willingness to learn and adapt to our companies’ policies, procedures, and techniques
work well on a team and individually
Must have a valid drivers’ license and reliable means of transportation
