The person in this position is responsible for maintaining multiple properties and the day to day safe and efficient maintenance of equipment, tools and storage areas for a busy HVAC contractor. Responsibilities include acceptance and delivery of materials to jobsites, proper maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure the smooth progression of projects through the warehouse and equipment area.
This person is also responsible for the organization of the work area, receiving deliveries and for maintaining a safe working environment and keeping tools and equipment in proper working order.
This person needs to be:
Self-motivated, organized and possess a strong work ethic.
Have a good grasp of the English language: verbal and written.
Able to multitask and prioritize work.
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine repairs of properties, HVAC shop, inspection of tools and equipment.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance of tools & tenant spaces as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physically able to move at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
Physically able to bend, reach and work in small areas.
