Immediate Hire - We are a full-service exterior maintenance cleaning company seeking a reliable, experienced pressure washing technician for on-call, as-needed work during evening and overnight hours.
This is not a steady 5-day-a-week job — shifts are assigned based on the work we have scheduled. Jobs may occur on weekday or weekend nights. Perfect for someone looking to make extra income and has flexible availability.
Work will be performed within Westchester, NYC and the surrounding counties
This position may be seasonal
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have at least 2 years commercial power washing experience
(Awning cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, gum removal, exterior building cleaning, and window cleaning experience)
Pressure washing of your home or deck does not meet our requirements
Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License
Comfortable working on ladders or lifts
Must be available for evening into early morning hours
Able to work independently and with a team
Able to drive an extended van with a ladder rack
References required
