We need general construction help at our house with a number of items, listed below. Please let me know if you have experience with any of the following areas and if there are portions of the work that you could help with as well as your desired hourly rate (or we can walk through and you can provide a quote). We aren't necessarily looking for one person who can do all of the work but for people with relevant experience and the ability to complete the projects.
We are both in the building industry and are respectful clients who are committed to fair and timely payment, and hope to find some reliable connections for ongoing help. We'd like to get this work completed in the next few weeks.

1. Grading/Driveway - Materials can be provided or purchased:
- We have a steep gravel driveway with washout issues at the bottom. Need help repairing this for future washout as well.
- Raise grade around house (rough grade currently) about 1', need to bring in fill and topsoil
- Install landscape boulders/rocks for retaining
2. Plumbing:
- Move + install freestanding clawfoot tub, hook up to drain line (likely need 2-3 people to lift and move tub from outside to inside)
3. Painting - Materials provided:
- Exterior of house, using PINE TAR mixed with Linseed Oil Paint - experience with oil-based finishes or pine tar preferred
- Interior - seal window frames and casings with clear polyurethane
- Interior - paint two bedrooms, each about 10x13'
