The job is for farm & building maintenance. Labor-intensive. You must be capable of clearing brush, processing firewood, installing fencing, and performing repairs. Snow shoveling, equipment maintenance & repair, cleaning, sanding, and painting. Must be able to lift 50lbs, work in cold weather, and must be drug-free. Must have a valid NYS driver's license. Must have your own transportation to and from work. Must be able to stay late if the job must be finished. Must be self-motivated and maintain very high work quality standards. Pay rate $20 to $30 per hour, depending on work skills with tools, equipment operation, experience, repair knowledge & abilities.
