Aliberti & Sons Landscaping is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of landscaping tasks to help maintain and enhance residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is motivated, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working outdoors in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow lawns using push mowers and stand-on mowers
Trim edges and hard-to-reach areas with string trimmers
Perform property cleanups including leaf and debris removal
Maintain garden beds by weeding and redefining edges
Spread mulch and other ground coverings neatly and efficiently
Plant shrubs, annuals, and perennials according to layout and instruction
Operate basic landscaping equipment safely and responsibly
Assist with loading/unloading tools and materials
Follow directions from crew leaders and work efficiently as part of a team
