MACHINE OPERATOR- UV DIGITAL MACHINES
We are looking for people with prior experience and ability to operate two types of printing machines. We will train hardworking, qualified applicants.
UV Digital Ink Printing Machine: Computer based full color digital printing machine to print different small promotional products.
Knowledge of art set-up in computer is a plus-with good computer background skills, this can be learned.
Ability to lift a 20 lb. plate for each run. The plate is lifted up and turned over every five minutes. If unable to lift plate, there is an alternate way to print.
Excellent coordination to put parts down quickly and accurately and remove parts from the machine.
Typical products are golf balls, round plastic parts about 2" in diameter, small metal briefcases, etc.
Mechanical ability to make adjustments and to learn how to make adjustments on machine and maintain the machine with daily maintenance.
HOT STAMPING MACHINE: Load parts into a stacker on top of machine. Excellent coordination needed to load parts quickly.
Set-up a die in the machine for each order.
Make adjustments to the machine and minor repairs.
Must have excellent ability to review order and make sure proper parts are used, and quantity per color is correct.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
TIMES AVAILABLE: Full-time 8-4 M-F. Part time also available, minimum 4 hours per day M-F between 8-6 PM
