Innovative Field Services is looking for a reliable field inspector in Orange County & Sullivan County, NY.
Innovative Field Services specializes in providing Mortgage Field and other Inspection services in multiple states across the country. As mortgage field inspectors we provide a valuable service to banks by helping them monitor and verify their properties are protected and maintained. As the Boots on the Ground, Investors rely on accurate onsite information from our inspections to determine if any action is required to protect their investments. Our track record of providing accurate and timely results for more than a decade has allowed us to acquire and maintain a large portfolio of work from multiple clients. Our inspector network has been recognized by multiple clients for consistency and reliability in some of the most challenging areas of the country and has allowed Innovative Field Services to become a trusted leader in the Mortgage Field Industry.
We perform interior and exterior inspections, as well as insurance inspections for the mortgage companies. Must be able to abide by client requirements which include due dates, background check, and item requirements. This is subcontracted (1099) work.
We perform several different types of inspections on behalf of multiple mortgage companies.
Occupancy Checks- determine if homes are occupied or vacant.
Deliver Door Cards- determine if the homes are occupied or vacant and deliver a door card if it is occupied.
Vacant Home Inspections- document condition of exterior and interior condition of vacant homes
Insurance Loss- make appointments with homeowners to take photos of the status of completed and pending repairs of homes that have sustained some insurance loss (hail, water, fire, etc.)
This is a part time subcontracted position. We pay per inspection completed. Each inspection pays depending on the area. Depending on the volume for this area, the pay can range per inspection. Pay is auto-deposited weekly. Schedule is flexible as long as orders are completed on time.
Potential candidate must have a smart phone, clean license, volt stick, car, yard stick, selfie stick, and good work ethic. As mentioned above, must be able to pass a background check. No previous experience is required.
What We Offer
Part time & flexible work - Orders must be completed during daylight hours and clients do have time frame requests but you will be able to create your own completion schedule.
Review - on how to use the technology apps, route, and work order instructions. We have sample videos you will have access to. We will also communicate with you via email and phone correspondence.
Mentorship & Experience - knowledge of the industry, expectations for work orders, support in and out of the field. We have all done inspections and will not ask you to do anything we ourselves have not done or are not comfortable doing.
Network - We deal with the clients and get the work. You will never have to deal with clients.
