Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Communicate tasks clearly and efficiently to the crew, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on sustainability and quality. Distinguish which crew members should be assigned to specific tasks based on their skill set, time frame, and project requirements, optimizing resource allocation.
Meet with the job superintendent for project and plan review, providing valuable subcontractor material information to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct job start meetings on-site with all personnel involved, ensuring everyone is aligned on project objectives, timelines, and safety protocols.
Address unforeseen field issues that may arise during the project, utilizing your problem-solving skills and expertise to find effective solutions.
Review and complete all project close-out requirements, ensuring that all necessary documentation and tasks are fulfilled before project completion.
Receive punch lists and confirm the completion of required tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Conduct daily onsite visits at all work sites to monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and provide guidance and support to the team.
Purchase, pick up, and deliver necessary materials, ensuring a seamless supply chain and timely project execution.
Take job photos prior to project completion, capturing the journey and showcasing the remarkable sustainable construction work of Ardor Construction.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the realization of eco-conscious and healthy homes while minimizing environmental impact. Your attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to handle unexpected challenges will be key to your success in this role.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
