We do work for bank owned homes looking for a contractor who is familiar with PPW or Pruvan app
Mostly grass cuts and inpsections
Grass cuts pay anywhere from 25-30 dollars each cut
Inspections at the same house wich included taking photos of the whole house for $15
Each house normally walk away with $45
We have over a hundred houses in the dutchess putnam and rockland county and this needs to be done every 2 weeks so it is a great opertunity for consistant work
We prefer a vendor a who is familiar with property preservation but if not we are whilling to train.
