Handle Staffing is looking for a friendly, outgoing Community Recruiter to connect with the local Spanish-speaking community in Rockland County. We have many job opportunities available, and your role will be to help individuals learn about and register for work with Handle.
Responsibilities:
- Visit local neighborhoods, stores, and community spots to meet potential job seekers
- Build friendly relationships and share information about available jobs
- Collect contact info and help interested people sign up for employment
- Maintain a simple record of contacts and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people
- Knowledge of Rockland County communities preferred
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or community outreach is a plus
Compensation:
-Hourly pay, with potential bonuses for successful placements
