We are seeking a person that has drive and ambition, the ability to make things happen on short notice and be called to travel anywhere without hesitation.
You will be working for a young, exciting on the go business entrepreneur that is looking for someone that will:
1. Be his personal assistant both for the business and for the family
2. Be able to drive anywhere within the Tri- State Area
3. Be able to do various administrative duties
4. Be willing to travel on short notice anywhere throughout the country
5. Be able to take on various tasks when asked
Primary Personal Duties:
Drive on assignment for both business and family needs
Ensure that household goods are stocked such as food and other home essentials
Ensure that office products are stocked
Complete General Errands as needed and assigned
Administrative Duties:
Secure the personal belongings and be mindful of the surroundings of the business entrepreneur
Attain a day to day schedule of appointments for both business meetings and travel
Email, answer phones, delivering documents as needed
Handle business related duties that are assigned
Qualification:
Ambition and Drive a must
Ability to be attentive to detail. This is a must as things are always on the go and task completed in a timely manner
Not afraid to go above and beyond of what is asked
Can provide input when asked
Highly organized and be able to multi - task
Be able to work well in multi-Faceted environments
Have PC related skills such as Microsoft Office and Windows knowledge
Must be able to keep any type of conversation confidential
Valid Driver’s License
Bilingual Preferred(Spanish Speaking)
Able to be on the go at any moment
