Superintendent needed for multiple buildings in Rockland County, NY and Bergen County, NJ.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must have experience as a superintendent AND/OR have experience in electric, plumbing, painting, some landscaping and general building clean up.
This is a part time position 3-4 days a week.
