Telecommunications company is seeking a part -time Administrative Assistant. Must be organized, have ability to focus on details and be self-motivated with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Diversified office duties
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Client contact and follow up
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration
Ability to prioritize and multitask and work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong Customer Service a MUST
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office / primarily Word and Excel
