REQUIRED: BILINGUAL (SPANISH)
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Process and obtain insurance authorizations for medical equipment and services.
Coordinate and send faxes to healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Make and receive phone calls with patients, insurance providers, and suppliers.
Assist patients with product inquiries, sales, and equipment selection.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate with the billing team to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment orders when necessary.
