We are looking for an office manager. We are a Mechanical Contracting company require the following experience or skills
QuickBooks Experience
Contract Management Experience (Familiarity with AIA documents is a strong plus)
Strong Writing Skill
Motivated Self-Starter
Strong Organizational Skills
Ability to Multitask
Notary Public(Strong plus, but we can provide assistance in attaining)
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Account Payable/Accounts Receivable & Payroll
Pay weekly payroll taxes both Federal and State
Email Telephone & Fax
Preparing Bids, Collecting Quotes, Executing legal documents
