We are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into company systems
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Monitor and respond to basic emails or administrative communications
Perform general office support as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
