Busy Real Estate firm looking for part time help in our Kingston office. You will primarily be working with our Senior Property Manager to organize and maintain our portfolio of buildings. Jobs will include collecting insurance from vendors, ordering supplies, scheduling annual tests, and helping to organize the office so it runs more efficiently and effortlessly. You will be interacting with tenants and doing occasional site visits so ability to communicate well is key!
Position is 15 hours a week to start, and will increase to 25 hours once you are settled in. You can do some of your hours remotely if you wish, but please do two afternoons a week at our Uptown Kingston office, alongside Property Manager. Hours and schedule are flexible, as long as the work gets done!
Real estate experience is nice but not mandatory. I am looking for a fast learner who is organized and detail oriented and able to work independently. You will be making lots of spreadsheets so please be proficient in MS Excel. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours and some extra money!
Pay is $25/hour.
