Job Description
NFP is a rapidly growing luxury brand known for our architectural sweater designs. We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated Part-Time Sales Associate for our Beacon, NY flagship store / studio in Beacon, NY. We focus on creating unique, convertible knitwear that requires demonstrating the versatile and modern details of each piece. The primary responsibilities are to build and maintain relationships with our clients, as well as introducing new customers to the unique, convertible/styling possibilities of the designs. As an NFP brand ambassador you will become part of a dynamic team that strives to grow and develop the brand with enthusiasm, dedication and innovation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional customer service, passion for the brand, and the desire to grow with our company. Weekend availability is a must.
Major Responsibilities include:
Welcome and assist all clients with exceptional customer service.
Memorize and learn how the unique designs can be worn in multiple ways, details about the fiber contents, production processes, etc. for confidence and ease in demonstrating to clients
Learn and effectively execute all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
Maintain professional personal appearance reflecting the NFP aesthetic
Work together with the NFP sales team and independently to meet brand and store objectives
Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and merchandised as directed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Luxury Retail sales experience
An individual who possesses drive, is goal-oriented, and has an entrepreneurial outlook
Someone who enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude that inspires mutual trust, respect and teamwork.
A quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
A team player, self-starter, punctual and reliable, organized and detail oriented.
Flexibility and dependability with scheduling - must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
Strong working knowledge of excel, word, and Mac literate a must.
Experience in designer ready-to-wear preferred but not required
Part-Time Position - must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. Location in Beacon, NY
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and
will include both hourly and commission
