We are seeking a proven Sales Hunter who thrives in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while growing strategic accounts.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of consulting and professional services to position DGT as a trusted partner. This role requires both hunter and farmer instincts—you’ll chase new opportunities and also expand revenue in existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Acquire: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within our target industries and solution areas (Salesforce, AI strategy, SAP services, BPO, mobile solutions).
Account Growth: Expand relationships in existing accounts to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Position DGT’s offerings as strategic solutions to client challenges, tailoring value propositions to executive and technical buyers.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM, providing accurate forecasting and reporting.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with delivery teams, solution architects, and marketing to develop compelling proposals and client presentations.
Revenue Impact: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets for leads generated, orders booked, and revenue recognized.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in professional services/consulting sales (Salesforce, SAP, AI, or related enterprise tech preferred).
Track Record: Proven success in hunting and closing six- and seven-figure consulting engagements.
Consultative Approach: Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate complex solutions into business value.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation, CRM, AI adoption, and related service offerings.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
