Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role is to generate leads, educate homeowners about roofing issues (especially storm or age-related damage), and set up free roof inspections. This is a high-reward role for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives outdoors, and is hungry to earn based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Canvass neighborhoods affected by storms or aging roofs to identify potential customers
-Educate homeowners on roofing issues, damage signs, and the benefits of our services
-Offer and schedule free roof inspections with our project managers
-Work with homeowners through the insurance claims process (training provided)
-Accurately track leads, interactions, and follow-up activities using CRM tools
-Meet or exceed weekly sales and lead generation goals
-Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications:
-No roofing experience required — full training provided
-Sales or customer service experience is a plus
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
-Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
