We are currently hiring for EXPERIENCED call representatives in ALL STATES.
This is a great opportunity for those looking to earn 6 figures while working from the comfort of their own home.
As a call representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers that have responded to a online ad for more information about joining a program we offer. You will be given a set of leads to call and sell to: enroll them in our program that costs $25 to $50.00 down for them to get in on a payment plan, on the full amount of 150.00 to 199.00.
YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR LEADS OR BE DOING ANY COLD CALLING. VENDINGPROS DOES NOT CHARGE FOR LEADS. WE PAY YOU.
You will start off on commission at 50.00 an order (possible same day payout, always in the same week). Once you qualify on commission and make some money (After 10 INDIVIDUAL LEAD SALES) you will have the option to stay on solely commission or move to an hourly contract role. (Employment offer will be under company discretion) We offer a great pay rate of 15.00 an hour PLUS comm. to reps that demonstrate ability to work consistently and productively throughout the day and offer incentives for meeting and exceeding quotas.

The people you call are those who filled out a form online requesting a call and more information from us. You must have a laptop or computer, a cell phone (at least to start, once you qualify, you will be given your own phone line to make calls on), and a strong and consistent internet connection that you will use for this job, (they will not be loaned out, provided, or sponsored unless said otherwise). This is COMMISSION AND hourly + Commission remote role
After your commission phase, you will be capable to go to an hourly role and up to 35 hours a week (20 to 35 hours on the clock); if you fall below quota or don't sell enough (you know how it goes). Most reps do well with the tools we provide and fresh leads. Your commission phase will be done on your cell phone and using zoho crm with leads in it. Once you are on hourly you will use a CRM, Twilio, a kixie dialer (we track your hours with this dialer), and be on the schedule at basically full time. No part time hours: if you end up working less than 20 hours on the dialer you will be replaced on the spot.
The first step is doing our online training for telemarketing (its free; leads are free: we pay you, but you have to sell and you have to put in the necessary time): THEN you are tested with sample to see if you are following instructions. If you are, then you are given fresh leads (that are 1.00 + per lead FOR THE COMPANY, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY LEADS FROM US OR ANYONE ELSE HERE) to close two sales (to prove you can do it) THEN you are offered a contract and put on hourly.
Pay is: Commission 50.00 per order. Hourly: 15.00 an hour PLUS 10.00 per order on your first ten sales, 15.00 comm on your 11 to 15th sales, 20.00 comm on your 16th to 20th order. This all must take place per week. Yes, some reps get these high number per day. It's not a hard sale if you have the time to work. Final work agreement is based upon company discretion.
