Job Type:1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Average Annual Pay: $200,000; Top Performers: $500,000+)

Responsibilities: - Generate and self-source leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and other sales strategies. - Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential clients to educate them on the benefits of solar energy. - Develop customized solar proposals tailored to each client’s needs and energy consumption. - Close sales and guide customers through the contracting and installation process. - Collaborate with our project management and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, local regulations, and incentives related to solar energy.

Qualifications: - Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, home improvement, real estate, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to generate and self-source leads through various channels. - Highly motivated and self-driven with a desire to achieve financial success. - A passion for renewable energy and sustainability. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. We will train people looking to get a foot in the door to sales, however they must be self motivated and driven to succeed.
