Looking for an Auto Body Painter to join our team that will be responsible for refinishing and painting repaired or damage vehicle parts in a safe and quality manner, with a finish that meets or exceeds the original factory specifications. Needs to be experienced in the auto body industry. At least 3 + years experience.
Responsibilities
Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated
Mixes paint according to specifications. Tints color for proper match
Produces test panels when needed to obtain industry acceptable color match
Inspects painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags and unpainted areas
Maintains tools and keeps equipment clean and in a proper state of repair
Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator
Be available to work extended hours to complete tasks as requested by management
Perform other related duties as assigned, based on business needs
