We are looking to add a talented painter to our paint department in the Orange County area. Our facility takes pride in repairing vehicles primarily with OEM parts and all the proper tooling and equipment needed per manufacturer. We are currently accepting applications for an automotive refinish technician. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and reliable. We have an immediate opening for a full-time position.

Job Requirements
Prepare vehicle for paint (Removal of oil, debris, and imperfections, sand and prime block)
Mask vehicle for paint including jambs with minimum of no tape lines
Must be able to color match and make accurate decisions on color process
Ability to use color matching cameras and produce accurate spray outs
Ability to apply clear coat to factory texture and appearance
Clean overspray off exterior of vehicle after paint
Ability to buff cars after paint as needed
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements
Experience needed (minimum of 5 years)
Knowledge of water borne and solvent paint (Sikkens water & Sherwin Williams solvent)
Ability to effectively communicate with others w/respect
Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates and work orders
Multi-tasking: able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
Interest in developing a career in the autobody industry
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to grow personally and professionally by taking industry standard schooling
MUST be ale to maintain a clean & organized work environment
