Looking for Building Super with Experience for 3 Small Buildings in Washingtonville

Live in position preferred in exchange for Free Apartment.
We have a ONE bedroom apartmetn and a THREE bedroom apartment available depending on which size you may need.
This is not a Full Time Position - You have time to do your own thing and get paid for additional repairs and projects as they arise such as turning over an apartment for new tenants etc.
Basic Duties:
General Maintainance of Property - Cleaning , Trash
Boilers, Sump Pumps
Plumbing - Clogs, Toilets, Leaks , Small Repairs
Minor Electric Repair
Sheetrock, Tile, Flooring, Painting
Snow Removal (Our Snow Blower)
Tenant Emergencies
Must be able to communicate well with management , tenants and public.
