Live in Super with one bedroom apartment provided.
Bi Weekly Cash Stipend
Not a Full Time Position - You have time to do your own thing.
Supers Responsibilities:
Maintain Excellent Communication with Management
On Call for all emergencies
General Maintainance of Property - Cleaning , Trash, Painting
Apartment Move outs / Move in's and Apartment Preparation
Plumbing - Clogs, Toilets, Leaks , Small Repairs
Minor Electric Repair
Snow Removal (Our Snow Blower)
Understanding of boilers, hot water heaters, plumbing is necessary.
Tenant matters
Must be able to communicate well with management , tenants and public.
Opportunity for additional money for work that is not part of the general responsibilties such as aparment renovations.
