About the Role:
This full-time position for carpentry work would be on new construction and on residential remodeling projects.
This will include:
Measuring, cutting, and installing materials according to plans.
Remaining accurate to measurement specifications by using rulers, plumb bobs, levels, framing squares or other tools.
Most days you would report directly to the job site but other days you would come to the shop first.
We typically work an 8 hour shift, with 30 minutes for lunch.
Any required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Weekly pay would be between $30-$40 per hour, depending on your experience.
We offer paid sick leave, and the following benefits after six months: paid time off, 401k with a matching contribution.
About You:
Must have minimum 7 years carpentry experience with a remodeling or residential construction business.
Trade Knowledge required such as installation of framing, siding, cabinetry, trim, finish work, windows/doors,
decking and railings.
Carry up to 80 lbs, climb ladders and work on scaffolding and ladders.
Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid, clean driver’s license.
Ability to work independently as well as take direction from the job foreman.
Physically fit, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must have verifiable work and personal references.
