Skills required must include the following with complete understanding and execution skills:
Framing and sheathing
Installation of windows and doors, interior and exterior
Siding, fascia and soffit
All tasks of interior mill work: Hanging doors, door and window casing, crown molding, stair installation and or stair building, wood flooring, installation of cabinetry.
Project Management Skills
Must have a truck with personal tools required for the trade.
Hourly rate will be based on skill level but well compensated.
