Position: 1099 Labor Contractor (Deck and Framework Construction)
Location: Hudson Valley
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time (Mon-Fri)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable contractor with experience in deck building and framework to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions carefully, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Build and install decks, frameworks, and related structures according to plans and specifications.
Follow detailed instructions and work closely with project managers and team members to ensure quality results.
Ensure safety and accuracy in all aspects of construction, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in building decks, framing, and other carpentry tasks.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime if needed.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
Compensation:
Paid on a 1099 contractor basis (rates based on experience).
Weekly pay structure.
