We are a full service residential renovation company seeking a motivated individual to join our team.
Position: Laborer / carpenter helper
Compensation: 25/ hr.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail. METICULOUS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the carpentry field
Work will mainly be with Decks & patios - dig sonotubes, Organize and move material for Carpenters, Lay pavers, wheelbarrow dirt, Mix concrete, clean jobsite, Organize tools and material, Demo existing structures, Assist lead carpenters in fabricating new structures.
Under the supervision of Owner operated business, the individual will help in various aspects of residential construction, demo, and cleaning.
Once hired you will be required to own/invest 75.00 in basic hand tools. All other tools provided by company.
Individual must eventually be able to follow instruction and execute responsibilities.
Pay is based on experience.
Pay growth is based on individuals will to learn how company operates, attitude, skill, and production value.
Pay is on the books. (W4, I9, Valid drivers license).
Drug and alcohol free. No exceptions. Testing required on prevailing wage jobs.
401K matching & two weeks paid time off annually.
Our work is based out of Fishkill but spreads throughout Dutchess county.
M-F, 8am - 4:45Pm = 8 hour day. 45min lunch break.
Longer hours & weekends are available.
