Position: Master / Lead Carpenter
Type:Full-Time
Location: Orange County / Hudson Valley, NY
Compensation: Competitive pay (based on experience) + Bonuses + Possible Profit-Sharing + Paid holidays +PTO
What You’ll Do
Lead and complete residential remodeling and addition projects
Set layout, framing, and finish standards on-site
Coordinate with project managers, subs, and homeowners
Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices
Ensure top-tier craftsmanship and efficient project completion

What We’re Looking For
10+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (frame to finish)
Proven ability to lead 2–4-person crews
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Clean, organized work habits and pride in detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
