Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
-Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
-Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
-Lead weekly progress meetings, providing clear communication to all stakeholders.
-Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
