We are looking for additional team leaders or skilled operators or craftspeople for our creative/artisan masonry and hardscape company. We would consider a range of prior skill levels for the right person with some prior experience either in masonry, landscaping, or construction industries.

The general skill set we are seeking, is an individual with enough construction experience to understand the set up, breakdown, and basic workflow of a job site. We are seeking someone who displays natural leadership, Good communication, and expertise in the fundamentals of outdoor construction

We install different types of stonework: Stone walls, walkways, patios, and other types of stone features such as outdoor kitchens, outdoor living spaces, chimney and foundation restoration, and all other types of natural stone applications. We also offer excavation and earth moving services, as well as install driveways.

For our masonry which is our focus, We work mostly with natural stone with the occasional brick and block construction to fill our schedule.

As a skilled mason joining our team, my goal with this relationship is to refine your skills, job site management, and crew leadership to eventually enhance your own career as a mason. My investment in your career, helps fund the growth of my organic farming operation, and my goal is to steadily increase the earnings of each mason who commits to the growth and wellbeing of the company.

Our long-term mutual goal would be to develop your skill sets and growth into eventually becoming a subcontractor, and earning 2x your starting rate of pay. Offering you the opportunity to support you as you grow your own business from there. My 5-10 year plan is to phase back and support the independence and success of those who dedicate the same to me.

We do rigorous and finely crafted work, and we move at a steady yet motivated pace, moving materials into place, shaping and installing them, and paying constant attention to details like job site safety, efficient setup, and constant re-organization to meet the needs of the project as it progresses, and of course day to day and final professional execution of job site cleanup and landscape restoration.

We are seeking someone who is a clear communicator, and has a strong interest in continually learning the craft and growing with our company year-round. We have a small window of time in January and early February where we don’t engage in masonry project due to frozen conditions, but take advantage of most months of the year to work mostly outdoors, and we give all employees the chance to train and earn increased pay over the first months as they learn the best way to be an asset towards the successful completion of each stone project.
