We’re currently seeking a motivated, experienced shower glass installtion mechanic/glazier (min 3 years) to join our team. We’re looking for someone with real, hands-on experience who can jump in and deliver high-quality, professional work with minimal supervision. Glassolutions has been a trusted name in architectural glass and metal for over 25 years, serving Westchester County, the Hudson Valley & Surrounding Areas.
Requirements:
Previous shower door installation experience required (3 years minimum), with experience in both framed and frameless shower door installations.
Strong knowledge of all aspects of shower enclosure installation and repair
Skilled with hand tools (cutters, pliers, saws) and power tools (drills, drivers, etc.)
Confident in drilling into tile and applying proper sealing techniques
Ability to measure, cut, and install U-channel, door headers, vinyl, silicone, and hardware
Familiarity with different glass types and their applications
Able to anticipate next steps and complete clean, safe, professional installations
Preferred but not required: Ability to read architectural plans and accurately measure job sites
Requisites:
Reliability is a must
Clean driver’s license and valid working papers required
Physically capable of lifting and carrying glass
Safe and compliant use of tools (OSHA standards)
