Join our professional team where your hard work and dedication will truly be appreciated! Seeking a full time maintenance tech for several apartment buildings, approx. 800 units in the Poughkeepsie/Highland/Fishkill/Beacon/New Paltz/Hyde Park/Rhinebeck area. Job includes but not limited to:
- Cleaning - trash outs, apt turnovers, weekly hallway and grounds cleaning; - Snow removal and lawn care
- Carpentry - patching, & painting;- light Electrical - outlets, fixtures, ballast, light switches;- Minor Plumbing - toilets, sinks, faucets, clogs.
- Heating and plumbing a must
Must have reliable car. Must have a valid driver's license. Basic tools, background and drug testing.
