Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience installing residential windows (vinyl, aluminum, casement, double-hung, sliders, etc.).
Ability to measure, cut, and install windows with accuracy and proper weatherproofing.
Must understand flashing, insulation, caulking, and waterproofing techniques.
Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
Must have own tools, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on ladders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Good communication skills
Ability to follow jobsite safety rules and project timelines.
Responsibilities
Install various types of windows according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
Ensure proper sealing, alignment, and finishing.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Communicate with supervisors, and team members.
Report any issues, delays, or material needs promptly.
