Position Overview
This is a remote, commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You will earn 1-5% commission on every successfully awarded government contract you secure. If you have a track record of winning RFPs and navigating the government bidding process, this role is your chance to shine while working on your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Identify RFPs, RFQs, and government bidding opportunities in the construction sector.
Prepare and submit compliant, high-quality proposals tailored to project requirements.
Collaborate with our internal team (estimators, architects, project managers) to gather necessary data for bids.
Ensure all proposals meet deadlines and adhere to government standards.
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and strategic partners.
Monitor and analyze awarded contracts to refine strategies for future success.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience responding to RFPs and successfully securing government contracts, preferably in construction or related industries.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to win and succeed.
