Applications will be accepted up to 90 days after the posting date, or until the position is filled (whichever is first).Job Responsibilities:Maintain a positive attitude while solving IT challenges, enjoying the benefits of working for a ski company, and having fun in a manner that encourages coworkers to do the same.Lead and execute small projects, collaborating with team members across the enterprise. Receive training to provide advanced support in network systems and all aspects of IT. Coach new technicians and aid in developing standards for technology support. Demonstrate ownership of enterprise technology environment by maintaining asset inventory, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring accuracy of documentation. Apply standard principles, concepts, and techniques toward the identification and resolution of user and hardware problems. Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training. Suggest and support the implementation of new ideas for improving user support and the guest experience.Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range:$55,000 - $74,000

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

Job Requirements:

Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly.

Solution-oriented with a desire to learn new skills.

In-depth knowledge of the support needs within an enterprise environment, with a focus on network systems.

Able to facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and track against project milestones.

Ability to sit and stand for long periods.

Some physical lifting is required with assistance if needed.

Able to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays during in-season months.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Some college and certifications preferred.

Valid US driver’s license.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $55,000 - $74,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Job Benefits
