Allechant is hiring new front of house team-members for our expanding service hours. Our current staffing need is an organized and personable host for Friday night dinner and Saturday morning brunch, with possible opportunities for additional hours Wednesday night and Sunday morning. Dinner shifts run Thursday through Saturday from 4:30 PM to roughly 11 PM. Brunch shifts run Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to roughly 4:30 PM. Wednesday event hours starting soon. All positions enjoy a uniquely friendly work environment and delicious restaurant meals daily.
Hosts are responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, setting and bussing tables, and overseeing the overall hospitality experience. Our neighborhood bistro has cultivated a loyal following of regular diners, so it is important for our host to become familiar and friendly with these guests. Starting pay ranges from $18-20 depending on experience, plus 5% of pooled tips.
