Lead line cook is a fast paced position that requires speed, organization and a positive attitude. This position is fulltime, 4- 5 shifts a week. Duties include preparing all menu items to exact recipe standards, cooking on the line during service. We have a 2 person line for service of up to 150 covers, speed and organization is a must. Answering the phone and taking reservations, cleaning of kitchen equipment. Typical shift runs from noon - 10pm, days may vary but I try to keep a consistent schedule weekly. Starting pay is based on experience and ability to do the job. Qualified applicant will make over $20/hour.
Prep cook position is available as an entry level position with the intent on moving into the lead line cook position eventually. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 - 4 pm. Pay starts at $15.50/hour. Duties include preparation of recipes to exact recipe standards, receiving and putting away food deliveries, cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
