Now Hiring Cold Station Line Cooks
Prepares plates (salads, cold appetizers, etc.) to spec during traditional dinner restaurant service. Ability to understand and follow food and knife safety procedures. Assists Chefs, other cooks and waitstaff as needed. Stocks station and kitchen with ingredients, rotating product. This role ensures that our guests receive healthy and visually appealing cold menu selections. Prepares a variety of salads, dressings, and station mis en place according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensures all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Must be dependable, on time and have transportation
