The Inn at Taughannock is seeking an engaged restaurant manager to oversee its world-class restaurant and cozy mahogany bar . Perched over Cayuga Lake, this landmark Victorian is a destination for tourists who are wine tasting in the Finger Lakes region. We are seeking an exceptional, individual with well-developed people skills and restaurant knowledge. The restaurant manager represents the Inns image and is responsible for shaping guest's as well as the staff's experience. Duties range from leading the waitstaff through dinner services, staff training, employee assessment, enforcing policies, scheduling, and ensuring health and safety standards. The Restaurant Managers must be sales-minded, share a passion for excellence, a team player, and infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
