Moosewood Restaurant in Ithaca, NY, is looking for candidates with BOH leadership experience to join our kitchen management team.

Moosewood is a historic vegetarian restaurant in downtown Ithaca serving vegetable-forward cuisine sourced from local farms and producers. Beloved for its line of well-known cookbooks, it has won three James Beard awards since it opened in 1973.

We are currently renovating and expanding our kitchen for a February reopening and are excited about expanding our culinary team with experienced professionals.

At Moosewood, you will work with Chef Tim Mooney and learn all about local Finger Lakes farms, cheeses, a rich history of vegetable forward cooking and more. The position is full-time, and responsibilities will include prep, working the line, ordering, scheduling, and managing BOH staff.
