Country Club of Ithaca is looking to hire a Sous-Chef, culinary degree preferred but not required, experience a must. We are looking for an individual that takes pride in their work, able to manage others, and has a passion for food. Saute skills, knife skills, and ability to multi-task. The right person will be able to create and execute specials. The position is full-time and year round.
