Who We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced veterinary technicians who bring clinical skills, emotional sensitivity, and a collabortative spirit to everything they do.
You have:
A current NY LVT license (or eligibility)
At least 1 year experience in small animal general practice
Proficiency in patient monitoring, venipuncture, lab sample processing, anesthesia. dental prophylaxis, and client education
A calm, compassionate approach to patient handling and genuine passion for the human-animal bond
As an integral member of our medical team, you will:
Provide high-quality technical support during exams, surgeries, and treatments
Monitor anesthesia and assist in dental and surgical procedures
Collect and process lab samples (blood, urine, fecal, cytology, etc.)
Educate clients with clarity and empathy
Help maintain organized, accurate medical records
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked facility

Experience with Cornerstone Software is preferred but not required.
Interested applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs. as position requires handling and restraining cats and dogs of all sizes. This position requires being on your feet for extended periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to hazards associated with aggressive and/or sick patients, controlled substances; exposure to unpleasant odors and noises; exposure to bites, scratches, and animal waste; as well as possible exposure to contagious diseases.
