My name is Conan Gillis. I am graduate student Cornell University. I am in need of skilled-nursing care. I was born with Larsen Syndrome, a congenital musculo-skeletal disorder which has left me with incomplete quadriplegia. I use a trache, wheelchair, and require 24/7 nursing. I have week and weekend night shifts available (precise hours are open to discussion/your availability). My nursing is paid for through a Medicaid waiver, so an NPI number is required.
