Looking for a dependable person who is looking for year round full-time work. Interior and exterior grounds and building upkeep. Good starting position for someone who is unskilled and would like to learn some general skills, and also a decent full-time year round position for those with a general maintenance task background from semi-skilled to very skilled.
Position will entail moving through-out the day, keeping on top of daily delegated tasks around town in the Ithaca area. Work assigned will be decided and delegated according to skill level of the individual. You will either be assigned to work alongside a more skilled person or will be assigned tasks within your abilities.
We are currently primarily looking for people who would like to work around 40 hours per week including the winter months year round. Great job for those that like to work and get along well with others. Please only apply if you have a good attitude and are safety conscious.
